Eligibility for Returns

Defective Items: Return defective items within 15 days of shipment for a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used Kratom capsules cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Unopened Items: Must be in original packaging for a refund or store credit.
Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.
Shipping Costs: Customers pay return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email support@butterflykratomco.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
2. Return Authorization: You’ll receive an RA number and return instructions.
3. Ship the Return: Pack securely, include the RA number and proof of purchase, and ship to the provided address.
4. Inspection and Processing: Refunds or credits processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.

Refunds

Original Payment Method: Refunds issued to the original payment method. If not possible, store credit will be provided.
Processing Time: Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Reporting Issues: Report within 48 hours of delivery. Contact customer service with order number and issue details.
Resolution: We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

Defective Items: Follow the return process for exchanges. Once received and inspected, we’ll send a replacement.

International Orders

We only deliver within the USA and do not accept returns from international locations.
