All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (consumable botanicals), we do not accept returns once a product has left our facility. This policy helps us ensure product safety, purity, and compliance.

We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.

Refunds & Replacements — When Applicable

While we can’t take products back, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

You may be eligible for a refund or reshipment if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your package was lost in transit (confirmed via tracking)

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

Processing Time

Once we receive your request, please allow 1–3 business days for review. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement right away.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

Missing or Delayed Orders

We use reliable carriers and tracking for all orders. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please first:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Verify your shipping address

  • Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early

Cancellations

Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
