• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

• Standard Refunds: After receiving the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your account, which will be credited within 7 business days.
• Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact our support team at support@butterflykratom.com. We will issue a full refund, with no shipping cost deductions, provided the order has not been shipped.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If your order has already been dispatched, a return is required. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping cost.
