Eligibility for Returns

  • Defective Items: Return defective items within 14 days of shipment for a refund or store credit.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used Kratom capsules cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • Unopened Items: Must be in original packaging for a refund or store credit.
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers pay return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email support@butterflykratomco.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
  • Return Authorization: You’ll receive an RA number and return instructions.
  • Ship the Return: Pack securely, include the RA number and proof of purchase, and ship to the provided address.
  • Inspection and Processing: Refunds or credits processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.

Refunds

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds issued to the original payment method. If not possible, store credit will be provided.
  • Processing Time: Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting Issues: Report within 48 hours of delivery. Contact customer service with order number and issue details.
  • Resolution: We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

  • Defective Items: Follow the return process for exchanges. Once received and inspected, we’ll send a replacement.
