At Butterfly Kratom Co, we pride ourselves on processing your order swiftly, with most orders leaving our facility within 24 hours. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. We utilize a reliable shipping network to ensure prompt delivery of your packages.

Free Ground U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $150

Enjoy free shipping on orders above $150. This offer excludes sales tax, excise tax, discount codes, and reward points. Ensure you select the Free Shipping option during checkout. Note that paid shipping orders are prioritized over free shipping orders.

Shipping and Processing Timelines

Orders typically take 24 business hours to process before shipping. After processing, you will receive a tracking email.

Note: During busy periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your packages promptly.

Return to Sender

Reshipping services are at Butterfly Kratom Co’s discretion. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or resend the package at our expense. A refund, minus postal expenses, will be offered if goods are returned to our facility. For packages returned due to the inability to collect an adult signature, a $14 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Butterfly Kratom Co. Any issues must be resolved with the third-party carrier. Report shipping issues within 48 hours of the last tracking update. Butterfly Kratom Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by third-party carriers.
