Processing Times

We process orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM PST.
Processing time typically takes 1–2 business days, but may take up to 3 days during sales, promotions, or holidays.

Orders placed after 4 PM PST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Due to local and state regulations, we do not ship kratom products to the following areas:

Restricted U.S. States:

  • Arkansas

  • Indiana

  • Rhode Island

  • Vermont

  • Wisconsin

Restricted Counties/Cities:

  • San Diego, CA

  • Sarasota County, FL

  • Denver, CO

  • Jerseyville, IL

  • Union County, MS

  • Any other regions where kratom is banned

Orders placed from restricted areas will be automatically canceled and refunded.

It is your responsibility to know your local laws before ordering.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier.

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, or with neighbors

  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers may mark packages as delivered early

  3. Contact our team if it still hasn’t arrived after 1 business day

Butterfly Kratom Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Always double-check your shipping address during checkout.
Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Reshipping is handled case by case at our discretion.
